The Austria Trend Hotel Albatros is a modern, centrally located property, situated one kilometre from the picturesque boulevards of the Ringstrasse. Warm modern guestrooms are decorated in cherry and white colours with soft furnishings. All are equipped with cable television, minibars, direct-dial phones, air conditioning, and safes.

The hotel is within easy walking distance to a wealth of attractions: guests can visit the Liechtenstein Palace, built in 1691 100 metres away or the Sigmund Freud Museum 500 metres away; the University of Vienna is 700 metres away and the attractive boulevards of Ringstrasse are one kilometre away. The hotel is 20 kilometres from Vienna International airport. From the airport S-Bahn overground trains run at least every 30 minutes to the city centre and U-Bahn. Buses depart from the airport to the City Air Terminal every 20 minutes. Guests can take the CAT (City Airport Train) from the airport to 'Wien Mitte' then transfer to the Underground line U4. Take the direction of Heiligenstadt and exit at Friedensbruecke. Taxis are available outside the arrivals hall and a taxi to the hotel costs 35 euros.
